INGREDIENTS
- 1pkt Marie biscuits (250g)
- 1 tin condensed milk
- ¾ block large peppermint cream chocolate
- 1pkt glazed cherries
- 60g butter
- Coconut (to roll in)
METHOD
STEP 1
In a food processor, crush the Marie biscuits.
STEP 2
Roughly chop the peppermint chocolate and the glazed cherries.
STEP 3
In a large bowl add the biscuits, peppermint chocolate and glazed cherries then stir in.
STEP 4
Melt the butter and add it and the condensed milk to the bowl and mix well.
STEP 5
Separate the mixture into 4 logs, roll in the coconut and wrap individually in foil.
STEP 6
Refrigerate to set. Then slice up and indulge!
