Officially voted Australia's "Best Bone-In Leg Ham" (2023), Marsh Ham has been made on the premises in the traditional way since 1980 using Hickory & Maple woodchip for smoking and oven roasting.

Our pork is 100% Australian and only from female pigs. This ensures that our hams are delicious and sweet. Our fresh pork is Apple Tree Pork from a group of South East QLD farmers that select only the best pigs to make the cut.

Quast fresh Turkey is from Tintinhull in Northern New South Wales. The Quast Family has been producing Turkeys for three generations. The turkey is natural with no flavour basting or enhancers. 

A collection of gourmet puddings, sauces & condiments are also available in-store for purchase.

*Orders must be picked up by 11am on 24th December.

PLEASE NOTE: A $50 deposit is required to submit your order. (Payments are processed through a secure and encrypted Stripe gateway and your credit card details are not stored.)

CUT-OFF TIMES APPLY: Orders, Changes & Cancellations: 14th December at 5pm. (Cancellations after this time will not receive a deposit refund.)

PICK-UP ONLY: Due to the high-demand of the Christmas season, we do not offer deliveries.
