A Quick Family Favourite
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 kg stirfry beef
- rice wok-ready noodles
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- small piece of ginger, grated
- vegetables of choice – corn, broccoli, carrot, capsicum, spinach – sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- fresh coriander, sesame, sunflower & linseeds for garnish
METHOD
STEP 1
Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat; cook onion for 4-5mins. Add beef and stirfry until browned. Turn down the heat to medium.
STEP 2
Prepare your noodles following the instructions on the packet.
STEP 3
In a small bowl add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sweet soy, honey, sesame oil and combine.
STEP 4
Add the vegetables of choice and stir while adding the dressing. Cook until desired tenderness.
STEP 5
Add the noodles and stir through.
STEP 6
Garnish with fresh coriander and seeds. Serve immediately.
