All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. We will send you an email to confirm your order and this will form a legally binding contract between us.

- Delivery & Pick-up Information
Marsh Butcheries make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely. Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
The item you have chosen is in stock
The delivery address has been verified
Payment has been approved
Marsh Butcheries delivers in their approved Meat Transportation Vehicle.
To accept delivery you must be home or work when the driver arrives. Otherwise, appropriate delivery instructions are needed to be requested when placing the meat order. If the customer has not placed appropriate delivery instructions for Marsh’s to leave meat, the meat will return to Marsh’s premises and will be sent out on the next working day when the customer can accept the meat order however there will be a delivery fee of $10.00 add to order.
Marsh Butcheries has dedicated delivery days of the week and your order will be delivered on the day that you choose or the next available business day.
Orders can be picked up from Speewah Farmall on Tuesday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm. Your order must be placed by 10am the day before the delivery day required by phone 4055 2233 or on our website www.marshbutcheries.com.au
For orders to be picked up at Marsh Butcheries must be placed by 10 am the day before your desired pick up day.
Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.
- Returns Policy
Marsh Butcheries is unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been dispatched to you they become your property. Once they are delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. If in the unlikely event of the incorrect item being packed please contact us at the shop on 07 4055 2233 within 12 hours of receipt of your order and we shall arrange the exchange of the correct items next day delivery.
Please note that all Meat, Poultry and Raw Materials come in all different sizes, textures and weights. It is impossible for every item to look the same however with Marsh’s experienced butchers and staff we will always try to make all items arrive as consistent as possible.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates where applicable.
NB: Most meat is GST Free
