Beef Stirfry

An easy and delicious meal the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg stirfry beef
- rice wok-ready noodles
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- small piece of ginger, grated
- vegetables of choice – corn, broccoli, carrot, capsicum, spinach – sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- fresh corriander, sesame, sunflower & linseeds for garnish
Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat; cook onion for 4 – 5mins
Add beef and stirfry until browned
Turn down heat to medium
Step 2
Prepare your noodles following the instructions on the packet
Step 3
In a small bowl add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sweet soy, honey, sesame oil and combine
Step 4
Add the vegetables of choice and stir while adding the dressing
Cook until desired tenderness
Step 5
Add the noodles and stir through.
Step 6
Garnish with fresh corriander and seeds
Serve immediately
