An easy and delicious treat—great for the festive season and hot summer days!


  • 1pkt Marie biscuits (250g)

  • 1 tin condensed milk 

  • ¾ block large peppermint cream chocolate

  • 1pkt glazed cherries

  • 60g butter

  • Coconut (to roll in)


Step 1

In a food processor, crush the Marie biscuits.

Step 2

Roughly chop the peppermint chocolate and the glazed cherries.

Step 3

In a large bowl add the biscuits, peppermint chocolate and glazed cherries then stir in.

Step 4

Melt the butter and add it and the condensed milk to the bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Separate the mixture into 4 logs, roll in the coconut and wrap individually in foil.

Step 6

Refrigerate to set. Then slice up and indulge!
